SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is the most common technology used for printing on flat material. It is ideal for series of hundreds pieces above. It is possible to print from the smallest motives to the prints of several meters. Our experiences in this field are extensive, we have been applying the screen printing since 1993.

What is screen printing and how does it work
Screen printing is a technology suitable mainly for the flat surfaces. However, it is possible to print slightly rounded (slightly curved plate) or rotating surfaces (crucible) too, but the surface must be always continuous and not broken. The principle consists in ink extruding with the partially covered screen. We achieve in this way precise shapes and we can create very exact full-color trapping. Screen printing technology is used also for flocking (hairing) of textiles or paper, when we print using the screen printing the adhesive in the desired shape.
Materials that can be printed
The possibilities are enormous - textile, plastic, metal, glass, paper, wood - practically anything is possible to print with the screen printing - only the surface must be suitable. Generally, screen printing is used primarily for larger prints. For smaller sizes there is pad printing preferable.
FLOCKING
The surface of the product is covered with the PES fibres. They create the luxury, suede appearance.
PAD PRINTING
Printing of the smaller surfaces with more complicated shapes than by screen printing. It allows to print very fine motives.
HOT STAMPING
The foil is hot-pressed into the plastic. It is suitable for silver, gold and other bold colors.
ENGRAVING
Material´s processing with the high-speed miller that is controlled with the 3D computer.
